BARELY hearing it at 0102 UTC, thought it was the Ramones... S-0 in the noise on USB.

Mostly in the noise here, but able to hear "I Don't Want to Grow Up" by the Ramones @ 0113.
Up to S3 @ 0126 with more Ramones.
