Title: 6840 USB , EE YL phonetics
Post by: John Poet on March 30, 2010, 0115 UTC
0107 UTC on 6840 kHz USB.

Phonetics in English by YL. About S-3. I grabbed onto this because at first it sounded like the "Ultraman"s voice under the static. Lots of "romeo, delta, echo, charlie, charlie" etc.

Anyone heard this here before?

(Actually, I guess this is in AM although I listened in USB). What sounds like a strong English accent on the YL.

Probably E10 (http://www.spynumbers.com/E10/e10-1.html), based on time and frequency.  That YL plays hard to get here in Texas - I don't hear from her nearly often enough.

Here on the West Coast; have been unable to observe this signal,so far.

I think the signal path runs primarily up and down the East Coast.
Could go through one of the Auora Zones. During Geo-Magnetic Storm
may have a flutter Fade to it. Have to dig up a Globe.

My speculations are usually wrong;but, I have fun.
