Post by: Skipmuck on May 30, 2016, 0048 UTC
0048 UTC "Cowpunk"-Scott Goddard in progress at tune in(S5 here amidst considerable static)
0050 UTC Sounds like some kind of scifi movie sound effects
0054 UTC "Bonus"-Johnny Rook
0057 UTC OM with a deep voiced "XLR8" :), into "Without msg I Am Nothing"-McLusky
0101 UTC "Chacarron"-El Chombo
0106 UTC UNID discordant voices and sound effects that Shazam does not recognize ???
0113 UTC "Collapsing New People"-Fad Gadget
0123 UTC "Down On My Knees"-The Crucif**ks
0127 UTC OM with "XLR8", into "Go Bankrupt And Die"-The Crucif**ks
0135 UTC OM with "XLR8"
0137 UTC "Johanna"-Iggy Pop(Hmmm...so says Shazam but this song is much too long for that)
0145 UTC OM with "XLR8", into "Mirror In the Bathroom"-The Beat
(Signal has been a steady S6 here over the last hour)
0152 UTC "Buggin' Out"-A Tribe Called Quest
0155 UTC "Graduate"-Third Eye Blind

Hey MDK2...I been working in the hot sun all day and my brains are fried ;D

0048 SIO 111 (I was being optimistic when I called it 222 earlier)
Hey Skipmuck, UTC doesn't spring forward.  ;D
0151 "Buggin Out" A Tribe Called Quest
(grey line approaching, signal gaining strength, still lots of static, 212)
0155 XLR8 ID into "Graduate" Third Eye Blind *
0158 metal song, riff reminds me of Judas Priest, maybe "Looks That Kill" Motley Crue?
       Excuses excuses Skipmuck.  ;D

* shazam'd

Thanks for the show XLR8!

S9+20 signal with some noise that is mostly processed out. Very good signal and very good audio. Thanks for the show!

Using different SDR software but looks like XLR8.

UnId, 6955U, 0045, 5/30/16. One song then what sounds like digital hash, into another song ... so maybe the earlier was music.

S6 - 7.  Fair signal

0055 Z very weak music being played. Below terrible Bz QRN just at imagination level at times, still there 0120 Z. S2 at best, several hours before GL.

Pretty good signal here. Don't know the bands that are playing. Alternative rock, power chords and a pissed off singer.

Catching XLR8 here with a S6-7 and good audio along with all of the storm static. Lots of great tunes with ID at 0145 and at 0155. Thanks my friend. How about some Prince if you can fit it in? :)
