Strange tones with broken Spanish numbers as she repeats. S9 on my ANF meter  Nashville Tennessee so maybe Cuba

0006 Central = 0506 UTC, right on schedule for HM01.

Yeah, HM01 is from Cuba, there is no doubt.  RFDF techniques have proven many times over the years that the source is Cuba, and technical issues, such as audio cross talk and mixed programming, has strongly indicated, if not outright proven, that V02/M08/SK01/HM01 and all their variations have at least sometimes, if not all the time, used the same transmitter facility as Radio Habana Cuba.
