Title: North Korea V15 reactivated

Korean Yeonhapnews TV reports that they received North Korea numbers station at 1545UTC on 14,July, 2016 on 3320kHz using jrc nrd240 receiver.

KBS reported that V15 was received on 23,June, 2016 and 14,July, 2016.
I was surprised that v15 was reactivated.

I read that KBS TV aired a recording of the transmission. Is there a way to retrieve that broadcast?

What I see on the tv clip is only a short part of the message. According to the various sources the message was 14 mins long.

Unfortunately full recording of V15 at that time is not available.
I monitor R.PyeongYang now.
If I catch V15, I will post v15 recording.

I never heard a V15 transmission myself, nor could I find a complete recording. Only snippets. I recently found this but I am not sure if it really is an old V15 transmission.

KBS refers to them as "transmitted five-digit numbers"
