Conversation of one female and two males, lots of cussing / profanity.
Sounds like they're running a meth lab! Lot's of background whooshing noise as if they're heating up something with a propane device.
Lot's off authoritative directions from one male and profanity.

0:30-back on with some water-bong-like gurgling and tub-like water splashing
Cannot decipher what they're talking about, except talking of dirt.
Maybe a hydroponics grow room?
Lot's of profanity.

0043-0055 UTC: Just some background noise of what sounds like a rumbling-watery-hydroponics in background picked up from open mic. Rumble-like bubbler sounds.
Some sounds of female voice (possibly from a television or in another room).

I heard this earlier this evening too, weak sig, two people talking, muffled audio, RF-4900 and dipole.
