Sounded like YL announcing. Faded into the noise, and unable to get ID. Some more music faintly in the noise level.

0010 sign on with "Every Little Thing She Does Is Magic", SIO 333 except for the UTE bursts that dropped it to SIO 311.
0017 A Flock of Seagulls "I Ran (So Far Away)"
Lost after that due to the QRM.
