Tuned in at 0058 and heard ID, e-mail address, greetings to listeners etc. Good signal in southern Alberta, though I have to keep adjusting the notch filter to get rid of a slowly drifting carrier about 1.9 khz up.

Got a solid S9 +10 to 20 signal on Redhat tonight. Aside from some local noise, a near perfect signal. Great to hear him on the band! SIO 555

0237 Z: Oingo Boingo - Dead Man's Party. A 5/9 plus 15 dB over signal with QSB.

0300 Z: Band going long ???.
0309 Z: Signal still 5/9 plus but audio very low....band is going long with strong QSB.

0042 - first noticed weak carrier on waterfall
0227 - could tell you were still there, carrier there,
intermittent, no audio
0346 - carrier faded out approx. this time
We'll catch you next time, conditions were horrendous here, literally...
