Weak here tonight, S2 - 23443 on 6950.10 USB (using ground mounted vertical, dipole picks up too much noise)

0023 - OM mentioned operating frequency and QSL cards but audio very low compared to music. (Also, nearby interference increased.)

I am pretty sure you are OK here. I believe the guy hearing Russian is hearing WJD on 6930
