Very strong signals this evening from Shorty!
Same order with transmission beginning on the minute for 45 seconds or so.
It is very strong also on remote receiver in Ohio.

There haven't been many reports on this guy!
Seems though some others may be capable of hearing it.

A weak to fair signal at 1335z this morning. I may have missed the window for best reception.

Dec 30, time started hearing Shorty and Hiker 2250 UTC...Shorty is weak and Hiker is moving the s mtr 1/2 S unite
Great to catch Shorty again. It must have been off the air for a number of days.

7998.305 KHz Shorty. Briefly surfaces for a few beeps then fades out, then comes back. Weak but readable.

QSB though they both got strong a couple of times.

Just shorty at 0059z, and quite weak. And now it is gone.

7998.310 KHz Shorty. Fair signal with deep fades that only allow 4 - 6 beeps to pop up

A good signal again this morning, 5 Jan 2017, at 1316z.

7998.310 KHz Shorty is poking up above the noise floor for about 15 - 20 beeps then a mild fade then slowly up again

weak but above the noise here at 0629z.
18 dashes about every 2 seconds starting every minute, then repeating.
