I can't identify the language with certainty, but according to the eibispace.de schedule, Radio Republik Indonesia is the only broadcaster on 3325 at that time.

It's Indonesia, the language is clearly Bhasa Indonesia, I speak quite a lot of Bhasa Malay which are very similar.  3.325MHz transmission very strong here from Grey Line onwards, maybe you tailed ended the Grey Line and hence the unexpected path?
