This is my guess. But until now I have not received an opinion if it is really RTE. I will wait for someone to remove my doubts. 73.

songs id'ed on 252 kHz:
Craig David - Change My Love
Usher - Missin U
Therefore I would tend to RTE Radio1 as well.
I doubt that RTA from Algeria will play this type of music.

171kHz in your video was Medi 1 from Morocco with 2000KW

Thank you very much for your work, I am happy to comment on my video. There  a divergence of opinion what is normal. sendejaeger and oliver They are big names in the DX world so I will not Pull to one side only , I still do not know what I heard.

Why ?
Western pop music is the usual music played on RTA Chaine 3.

The spoken words are difficult to understand, but it sounds to me more like French than English - but I´m not sure with that.
