quite interesting as i can only speculate with the speculation over the internet as to what this is about.
the data burst intrigues me though.
listening to this very carefully, i can hear faintly of what will be said before its actually said (but not the data bursts), this is indicative of using magnetic tape for playback, so it appears at least, the computerized voice is recorded on magnetic tape.

That's interesting. I wonder if that's a new file format? Yesterday and the day before HM01 has had new number groups, and they are not decoding as anything at all on my DIGTRX. Perhaps the fact that I'm stuck with an old version due to the incompatibility issues the latest version has with Win7 is the explanation. May I ask what version of DIGTRX you're running, and if you're on Win8 or 10?

I'm running XP SP3 with digtrx 3.11 ...I have a dx-392 hooked up to the line in of my computer..when I first started using digtrx...it kept crashing but I set it up thru the exe of digtrx to run in win 98 mode and It stopped crashing ...I think it's been just the last few days I started getting the f1c file extension and only 4 txt docs

You may want to try and right clicking on the exe or the shortcut of the exe and going to properties and run it in different modes till one does better...also I'm not actually decoding them...cause when I open the txt files, it's all encrypted and all I see are symbols and stuff

Thanks. I sometimes have issues crashing, but that's not a problem most of the time. My information about DIGTRX compatibility comes from this article, which was written by the developer. He says use version 2.14D if you have Windows 7, so that's what I'm using. I had to do what you suggested to make it not crash so often.

Anyway, the files you describe are exactly as they're being sent, all random symbols. They're "decoded" in the sense that they were made into .txt files after being sent digitally over the airwaves, but still encrypted so that only the intended recipient can decode the message.
