0440 - I noticed an unexpected CW sig in the waterfall and
fed it to fldig (see below) while I played w/tuning.
Appears to be a retrans of W1AW bulletin???

Was your SDR-IQ at a 196 kHz sample rate? If so, that might explain it. W1AW was on 7047.5 kHz, and you probably picked up an image (7047.5-196=6851.5). My SDR-14 would sometimes do the same thing.

Bingo, it was , and usually is, set for 196 kHz; you are probably right.
I didn't think of that. I was so surprised to see the CW there and it was
so weak that I didn't even switch over to the R-70 to verify the sig.
