Catching it here with a report on "Today In History" at 0046 into SSTV tone at 0048. Most likely ID in that tone. Signal is a S6 and audio good. CW ID at 0137 Pee Wee Radio and off. ;D

Heard here on the SDR recording from 0042z. Very strong signal.
