Tuned in at 0151utc, poor but would be fair without the heavy static from nearby storms. R-2000 & dipole.

0157- back on with rock music
0204- rock music way down in the noise now

First heard around 0139 on the SDR recording with a very weak signal.
Around 0141 the signal started to improve, and it ended up being SIO 444.
