S2 with fades, poor to fair copy, Playing pop song that I don't recognize.
1605 - down to S1 now, poor copy but hearing music at the noise floor.
1618 - sounded like OM talking briefly, possibly an ID (and possibly not in english).
1640 - still there, weak, with euro-synth-pop type music

 Very weak here. Shazam no help with  the music.

1604- very faint signal with bits of music heard
1609- very faint music
1617- very faint CW, hard to tell
1655- hearing very faint music again

Nothing until 1605z when the signal suddenly appeared, SIO 333.
Off or gone at 1615z.

Bits and pieces of electronic music (I think) at 1617 UTC.  

Signal improved a bit around 1634 UTC, hard trance / techno music playing
Russian vocals at 1635 UTC - possibly techno version of Soviet National Anthem...then signal dropped down to noise again
