Think this is the same pirate who was on 6900 U earlier. Playing the same thing. SIO 222.

Tuned in at 0130utc, poor, buried under heavy storm static, hear some kind of music in the noise, R-2000 & dipole.

UnId, 6933U, 0139, 4.30.17.  Dance music or loop - very repetitive.

S6 and noisy. 

Seems off or lost it at 0143
