Don't have any clue what this is.  First, it sounded like "Radio North Sea International" (complete w/ "Man Of Action" theme)....but just a few minutes ago, faded into some kind of preacher talking about hell.  Little help?

Channel 292 from Germany. The religious programme is "Word of Deliverance". Times without sold airtimes are filled with old offshore-pirate recordings.
