Hearing a man speaking at 04:18UTC states something about Matthew but there are a lot static clashes!
Mentions christianity. This sounds like Yahweh Radio speaks about Jesus and sacrifice.

Sure is YHWH. At my QTH almost always comes in very well. Strong signal, but modulation is often weak, and always tinny. Worse than phone quality signal. Better than average tonight into Victoria, BC. Transmitter should be located in the Mohave Desert of California. Previously busted by the FCC a few years ago. Came back a few months ago without any IDs, but identical to the past. After a few weeks he reverted to IDing as YHWH and giving when he'll be back on the air (usually 7:30 or 8:00 PM "California time"). He has been QRM'd by someone last weekend being a few 10s of Hz above his transmitter, and following YHWH whenever he changed frequency. Haven't seen the QRMer since, though. Never any music except for the out of this worldly music. Creepy, as described by many. Measuring about 8 Hz low tonight. The music is called "Days of Hard Life". Left the air at 04:53, earlier than I had predicted. Unlike him, and without the creepy music.

YHWH has changed the order he plays his CDs in, so the music is often still sent (every night I have listened to the entire transmission, which is only occasionally) however the music might play in the middle of the show, vs end / beginning.
Also he started before 0300z, his shows have grown to over 2 hours. 7585 kHz has been his favorite for a while now, before that was 7615 kHz.
