Hearing some Spanish (I think, could be Portuguese). Weak signal, QSO between two men.
Off at 0327.

From what I've noticed, the Portuguese speaking stations seem to make more extensive use of the "cute" (easy to remember) frequencies, and the Spanish speaking guys stick to the more "CB-like" 5 kHz steps. 

That's by no means the "rule" though.  There are no rules here :D
