Caught a broadcast with male DJ, jingles, laugh track. Very, very weak (as in can hear it and pretty sure it was english...), but steady.

Only heard it for five minutes before the neighbour woke and turned on their CFL bulbs, wiping out the band :(

Heard again tonight on 4102 KHz and much stronger.

Turns out to be some bored fishermen goofing around.
