SDR recording catch. 0025 sign on, about an S7 or S8 signal, but the modulation seemed low?

Off at 0028

Presumably the same station back on 6922.6 at 0029z. Just a carrier (and weaker) this time, no audio. Off at 0035.

Back on at 0047, then switched to 6925 at 0048. On and off a few times, off at 0101. Someone testing?

SDR recording: I had it at 6924.2 at sign on, drifting down to 6924.1 within a minute, then 6924.0, and 6923.9 by 0028 when it signed off. Just a carrier, no audio heard above the noise floor.
Carrier also observed at 6922.6, very faint on the waterfall.
