7/4/08 0230-0245 UTC, 6697 USB, EAM (sounded like Offutt or Andrews), during The Crystal Ship broadcast on 6700 AM.  No acknowledgment of transmission on 6700, which was barely audible when I switched to narrow filter.  (N. Central TX)

Back at 0320z - "IAW4HZ42JO4BILB6I7DQIRJVKZPB" (phonetics during tx).  Static covered up call at end, didn't sound like Offutt or Andrews.
0350z - Same message.
