There seems to be two QSOs going on at once on or nearby to this frequency, 6880 kHz, with Portuguese being the stronger language heard, although I think there's Spanish mixing in there too....as the band conditions change its hard to say where these guys are coming from - this frequency isn't a very common one for pescadores but hard to say for sure with the uptick in 6-7 MHz SSB voice traffic activity over the past week.
