"Papa Charlie Delta", "Headquarters 40, out" (1456 UTC) (not 100% sure on the "Headquarters" part of that callsign...the operator's voice is considerably harder to understand then he says words vs. numbers).  Possible that net closed (or control station is simply standing by and monitoring frequency for further check ins) at 1456 UTC.
