0029 Came on with an unshazamable heavy metal song. Maybe over-modulated?

0032 Back on with heavy metal
0033 Significant drop in signal strength, but still there with the music

Could have been the same station as early as 0009z as well, with a weaker carrier on and off. Someone testing?
