WQLB, 6935U, 0035, 10.8.17.  Mellow instrumental, monologue about community radio, ID (I didn't catch it the first time), "Your crying now," other music, "WQLD (community?) broadcasting group, 87.9 into Led Zepplin "Whole lotta love" 

Only S4 but clear here.

I am hearing some music with a ID a few minutes ago WQLB with jingle and hearing some music but the signal has been all over the place some times in the mud and then a fair signal for a little bit!! UTC around 00:53UTC

Heard from 0030z on the SDR recording, mostly an SIO 322 to 333.

I suspect that the loggings of WQLD are actually WQLB based upon these two recently published blog posts:
