2154- very weak signal with bits of music heard listening in USB
2159- OM talking then music
2200- off.

I am getting some audio and it is distinctly Asian! Not sure if there is anything listed for this frequency. Time pips at 2200 UTC and OFF

I am fairly certain this is the "Sound Of Hope" aka "Xi Wang Zhi Sheng"

Chinese station heard also at 2132-2146 UTC.
Heard every (local) evening in Europe, so European free radios are not using that frequency (only sometimes on local mornings).
In this season, the signal strength of the stations from Far-East is getting higher. Particularly, Pyong-Yang on 6400 kHz is quite easy to catch, and 6400 is a frequency not to use till next spring.
