Very strong Spanish language heard in the 2300 UTC hour with lots of other activity in the 6-7 MHz band tonight.

That's a very used frequency by argentinians freebanders, especially the segment between 6070 and 6985kcs. The frequencies up to the alredy mentioned are most used by chileans ... at least here in the southern cone ... I don't know much about the freebanders situation in caribean or Mexico but they are options too... 73!

6977 kHz USB 6.977 MHz USB is also used by the Canadian military forces. 

It's amazing how many users there are of the 6765-7000 kHz "fixed/mobile" band.  As always, your insights are extremely helpful, FFM.  I am glad to have you as a contributor to this forum.  :)
