Title: Freebanders vs. US Military / MARS net 6800 kHz USB 1400+ UTC 25 Oct 2017

Several US military and MARS callsigns heard during active net on 6800 kHz USB this morning...all while Spanish language traffic is heard in the background.  Doesn't seem to affecting the net operation at all but it is certainly there.  See Utility board for log on 6800 kHz USB net for 25 Oct 2017.
