Does anyone know who this might be on 7159 (into an SDR in California)?

Were you in LSB? That clip was very brief, but sounded like a ham, which would be expected at that frequency. Was there more to it? Anyone else speaking, or anything?

Sounds like amateur radio from what I can hear in that brief clip... ;)
