Not quite sure what this is....possible pirate, or shortwave broadcaster that I haven't heard?   :o

Sounds like a pirate station in North America, not one of the main stream broadcasters.  Are they transmitting in SSB?

Will see if I can hear it tomorrow on my Grey Line at the time you quoted.
