Rock music and frequent announcements with ID and frequency between songs. Email address as well. Heard on an SDR in Argentina Brazil. Actually on 6954.97 KHz, for what it's worth. Believed to be in Argentina.

This must be what I was hearing from 0154 - 0220.

Unfortunately, there was QRM from US pirate(s) on 6955 most of this time period.
