Title: New Hifer Beacon "EPA" Operational

Beacon EPA was completed this afternoon and is on the air at 13,565.42 kHz running into an inverted V with the apex at 50 ft.  Operation may be sporadic for a while but it will definitely be on this weekend.

CW at approx. 13 WPM.  Sorry should have mentioned that.  This is one of the BlackCatSystems beacon kits.

Is the ID "EPA" sent continuously, or is there a delay before it repeats?
