Title: UNID Spanish Speaking 3252.5 kHz USB 0115 UTC 27 JAN. 2018
Post by: Traveling Wave on January 27, 2018, 0117 UTC
0115 UTC - Several Spanish Speaking stations conversing on 3252.5 Signals are S3 at best into WNY. First time I have heard Spanish this far down.
0120 UTC - Suddenly stopped, not hearing them anymore.

Nice catch, TW.  Considering how low the NVIS frequencies have been as of late - with the solar minimum and all - I imagine we will hear more of these stations using the 2 MHz, 3 MHz and 4 MHz bands instead of the usual 6700-7000 kHz region....of course, as I type this, I am hearing the usual out of band amateurs chatting away on 6900 kHz LSB in Spanish..

Thanks R4002, I was listening to an AF MARS net at 3245 kHz when I noticed the signal on 3252.5 kHz.
