Hearing some music, this is after RFW went QRT. Not sure if pirate or pesky. Fairly weak, SIO 222 may be generous.

I've noticed more frequent use of 6950 kHz (both USB and LSB) by Spanish and Portuguese speaking two-way operators in the past several weeks (months?)...which is a real shame due to 6950 being a popular frequency for pirate broadcasters.  Considering how "long" 43 meters has been lately...its likely that these stations have been on these frequencies the whole time, we're only now hearing them more often due to better propagation to Latin America.

The increasing number of loggings of Latin American HF pirate broadcasters also supports this.
