Title: WQCR563 Arlington VA TIS 1700 AM 1631 UTC 5 Feb 2018

Haven't heard this one in a while. Much like the Hudson Co NJ TIS (when it isn't running the technical difficulties tape) this one is broadcasting outdated info about hurricane season.

Now that the college conference tourneys have arrived and the NCAA tourney is 10 days away, you're likely to hear a lot of new TIS stations coming from the tourney sites on 1700 and 1710 giving parking directions and advice. I get one or two a weekend during both the major college football and basketball season, but they're unpredictable from week to week. Usually they're within 200-300 miles midday, but come the late afternoon games they can roll in from all over the east and southeast.
