This may be the group that I heard earlier on 6969.5 USB, but its impossible to tell.  I know the band conditions are changing because both 6925 LSB and 6900 LSB are stronger than they were ~30 minutes ago.  I am hearing weak two-way radio chatter on 6967.7 USB as of 2200-2201 UTC....then the frequency went silent.
