20.50 UTC YL RU voice ID 483 cherta 00  repeated many times, then groups of 5 digits without repeating.
20.54 TRX off
Cherta (czerta) means   /. The number 4 ,now is read as chetviorka (czetwiorka) and not as cienciorka.
I only heard in the western EU, not me.
