Very nice. But I assume you mean 09 MAR, not 08? And I show that 09 FEB was the last time any new files or number groups were transmitted, not 10 FEB.

I wonder if this began with the 0557 transmission on 10345 kHz? I know that the 2157z/17480 kHz transmission was still sending the old number sets and files.

1740 UTC - Caught the windows sound about 1740 on 11530 kHz.

The 67090 doesn't make sense - I triple checked the 31640 and am confident of that - the rest seems appropriate.

Given that the file 57856709.txt was also transmitted, which matches this particular number set, it appears that they sent it just once, which is really unusual. First, number groups ending in 0 instead of 1 are as rare as four leaf clovers, and two, they do procede to 1 the following day.  I got a new file, 28563164.txt, with 31640.
