Presumed Radio Munansi, "Uganda" mentioned at least once. Strong signal as would be expected from WWRB in Tennessee. Eibi has this listed as being on 1500-1900 Saturday and Sunday only, but still on as of 2000 UTC.

Presumed Radio Munansi on 15240 at 1435 UTC, 01 APRIL. Big (and overmodulated) signal, playing what sounds like old Afropop with a reggae beat. Distorted.

UPDATE music is Afrigo Band, song is "You Can't Leave Without Love" per shazam. They're from Uganda, so I'm taking that as station confirmation.

Hi guys I copied •Radio Munansi• this afternoon (Sunday May 6) 15240 KHz roughly around 19:00z...I wasn't watching the clock but just about that same time period, MDK2. Anyway I had gr8 copy here and not for the first time; I've copied them several times. I am in Hancock MI on Quincy Hill.

I like the sound of that Luganda(?) language!
