Some one here in the static crashes. "urge cigarette" spot. To much QRN here today, otherwise would be a good signal. 1611 Z

This is also parallel on 6913.6 AM (slightly stronger signal on that frequency at my location). This should be the WBNY relay service but not sure what the program is. 1627z.
