One of the ops might have learned about audio processing from Radio Rebelde. :o

Could be the same guy from last night with mic gain, compression, etc. knobs seemingly cranked and broken off the radio.

Interesting, and i am just listening to 6215 USB and heard a OM saying Esta Noches and it went off a second ago..
