I noticed this while checking for 22m beacons (and have seen USB transmissions in the waterfall before). Sounds like SS OMs in a QSL. Not sure if they are truly peskies, but I thought I'd log it.

Any chance you got a recording of it?

Many RRTSs on 22 metre band. Also chilean gendarmeria operates on that segment.

FFM, your knowledge of the RRTS service is very valuable.  Do you have a list of frequencies used by that service?  I can now ID lots of the previously unknown traffic in the 6-7 MHz region but now that I know they use 13 MHz that opens up the possibility that they use other bands as well.
