In my QTH another day of disruption on Upper band from UTIL Olivia and dual tone digi 8).
I think you need to change FRQ :-\
1919 OM EN ID Zeppelin R. Greece FRQ 7726- repeated, greatings for listners
1956 Silence
Improved signal but stil the same UTIL on Upper band
On RTL I used ECSS/LSB , on Icom ATT.
Ray- you can't used SHASAM - good under Android, recognizes music in noise.

1922 music and talking (before I find the right settings for the ATU)
1923 mellow jazz (hit, but can't remember), 1925 instrum.music
Clear channel so far at 1927

2028 mellow instrumental music, frequency quite close to 7725.80

I have a very weak carrier here in the USA at 2018 UTC. No audio yet.
