Title: Radio Habana Cuba on unscheduled frequency of 5980 kHz 2345 UTC 11 Jun 2018

RHC has been received on unscheduled frequency of 5980 kHz with SINPO = 45444 (I think, instead of 5040 kHz, which was empty at the same time). English program has been heard till 0000 and Creole transmission - from 0000 UTC.

It's bad, if it is not occasional test, but a regular broadcast, because RHC will be blocking another interesting LA station there - Radio Chaski Red Integridad from Peru on the same frequency.
