I can hear three or four operators in conversation. Operators names "Mario", "Paolo", "Carletto" and somebody else, all in a roundtable. Italian is not my native language (and I'm very much not skilled in it) but they may have southern Italian accents.
Discussion of "propogazione". Carletto departs the conversation with a hearty "Buona Notte! Buona Notte! Buona Notte!" and possibly something about checking in tomorrow.
Pretty much all done by 1947 UTC after a round of many "Buona Notte" and "Ciao, Ciao".
