Just tuned into this on the ol' SDR.  A lot of people talking....anyone have any clue what's going on there?

7169.92 is a frequency within the 40 meter amateur radio band.  The band allocation is 7000 to 7300 KHz.  Based on the recording time it sounds like US amateur stations are trying to work a DX station.
