Sorry for the late post, but just had a chance to review this audio file from last weekend, and thought it might be of interest to the numbers guys (maybe related to the Alpha 7 Hotel station?).

At 2249 I heard a Spanish? accented man in usb with following :
”Kilo, Juliet, Echo, Kilo, Seven, Sierra, Mike, Beck?, Charlie, Three, Seven, Seven, Delta, Lima, X-ray … I say again  Charlie,  Jane?, Beck?,  Foxtrot, Papa, Kilo, Juliet, Echo, Kilo, Seven, Sierra, Mike, Beck?, Charlie, Three, Seven, Seven, Delta, Lima, X-ray …  this is Golf Four Hotel, out”  

It all seemed to be proper phonetic alphabet except for Jane? and Beck?.

It's an EAM on a random frequency. It was appearing up and down HF the other night.

Perhaps "Beck" was supposed to be "Quebec"

It does sound a bit bogus to me, as well.
